Healthy Love is Learned

Online relationship therapy for couples and individuals throughout Washington State

Whether you are building something new, preparing for marriage, or trying to find your way back to each other, you do not have to figure it out alone. Relationship therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what is really happening, and learn how to show up for each other in ways that actually feel good. I provide secure telehealth sessions for couples and individuals throughout Washington State, with evening appointments available Monday through Thursday, 3 to 8 PM.

About the Approach

My work is warm, grounded, and honest. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice patterns you may not have seen before. Some sessions are skills-focused and practical. Others are slower and more reflective. The work adjusts to what you and your partner need.

What Working Together Looks Like

Free Consultation

We talk briefly about what you are looking for and whether we are a good fit. No pressure.

The First Three Sessions Are Intake

For couples, we start with your story. The first session is the two of you together: how you met, what has been good, what brought you here. Then each partner meets with me individually. That session is yours alone. Your history, your perspective, the things you needed space to say. I take all of it seriously, and I hold all of it with care.

Then We Get to Work Once I understand where you each are coming from, our sessions together have much more to stand on. Most couples begin to feel a shift within the first few weeks.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Reaching out is often the hardest part. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you are looking for and make sure working together feels like a good fit.

I see clients throughout Washington State, including Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellevue, Olympia, and Everett.
